[The feed opens up to a shot of Hagakure's bedroom at the Dangan House. He only arrived about a month ago, but it looks like he didn't waste any time decorating his own room. While the room is dimly lit by small tea candle lamps and there's a strange sort of haze obscuring a lot of the visuals, a couple things can be made out from the 'Gear's camera's angle. Various posters about fortune-telling line the walls: star charts, palm guides, pictures of tarot cards, you name it. There are even some anti-ghost wards plastered around, even a whole mess of them right above Hagakure's sloppily-made bed near the edge of the shot. Some of his Pokemon can be seen milling about in the background, including a Baltoy off in the corner that seems to be staring right at the camera despite its eyes being closed. Creepy...

Last but not least is the owner of the room and 'Gear himself. Hagakure's lying down on his stomach, head propped up with one hand and holding the 'Gear in his other. From the way he's grinning at the camera, he must have something exciting to tell the network. Thiiiis can't be good.]

Yo, dudes and dudettes! So y'know how last month I said I was gonna open up my fortune-telling services to the general public when I hit Goldenrod? Well, guess what? I hit Goldenrod. [He sets his new tools aside and leans close to the 'Gear.]

[He gets up and momentarily leaves the shot, then comes back and plops back on the floor with a rather confused and terrified Miltank in his arms. How he's able to carry her is another mystery entirely. He pets her happily as he holds her upright for the network to see.]

Just being by her and petting her will help get rid of dark aura dragging you down. Drinking her milk is even better for you. The anti-ghost warding aura will rub off onto you and you'll get a good source of vitamins from it. Total win/win if you ask me.

[Something tells her that if she mentioned anything about who is hosting her in Goldenrod, she might get a visit anyway and that's not a very good idea.]

Of course, magic is one of the vertebrae in the backbone of civilization, I couldn't deny it even if I wasn't a medium.

[Crocker scratches his head. Did that make them friends?]

[Before breaking into a long maniacal laughter. Crocker couldn't help himself because he so glad about what he was hearing.]

AFTER ALL THESE YEARS! Someone finally besides me says that!

It's entirely possible, sir, you just weren't around the right people.

[Denzel nods and raises his eyesbrows. The man can't disagree with that at all. There's a pause as Crocker leans in.]

Ah? A friend is...someone you enjoy spending time with and talking to, and vice versa for them!

[There's also that "you'd do anything for each other even if it hurts you" thing, but if he's asking on a surface level, she's going to answer like that.]

[Crocker becomes wide-eyed because the man was shocked. Someone like him who thought he'd never have any friends does!]

I have a friend?! I have a friend! I HAVE A FRIEND!

[Denzel breaks into a brief maniacal laugh even if he was happy. The man needs to pratice an actual happy laugh.]

[Crocker quickly switches to sounding like he's going to cry because he's emtionally choked up.]

[Though he already seems very very very happy.]

There's nothing wrong with appreciating your friends, after all.

[Denzel exclaims and he is happy the only way Crocker can be happy in an odd way.]

[Due to Hagakure being the man's first friend in quite awhile the man is going to be very appreciating and loyal.]

[Denzel side-eyes Boton as his glasses shimmer for a moment.]

[As long as he doesn't try to kill her, she'll take anybody on as a friend.]

[Denzel appears speechlees. After all, having two friends in a day. Much less one. His heart is pitter-pattering in his chest.]

[There's a brief moment of pause.]

After all, I enjoy those who I can speak about magic and such things without being ridiculed.

[Now, the man just needs to learn friendship beyond common interests but give him time. As long as Boton doesn't ridicule the man or wear a silly pink hat. She'll be fine.]
